Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Our market research reports are digital products built from proprietary data gathered through months of primary and secondary research. Once a report is delivered and a download link is activated, the information it contains has been accessed. Unlike a physical product, there is no practical way for us to verify whether a digital file has been read, copied, or shared after leaving our servers.

For this reason, we follow the same standard applied across the specialized data and academic publishing industry: all sales are final once a report is delivered. We encourage every buyer to review the free sample, table of contents, and report methodology before completing a purchase. Our research team is also available for a pre-purchase consultation call at no charge.

What to Do Before You Buy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Before placing an order, you can:

• Request a free sample. We provide the table of contents, research methodology, and selected data pages for any report in our library. Email sales@excellenceresearch.com with the report name.
• Talk to the research team. Our analysts can answer specific questions about geographic coverage, forecast period, data sources, company profiles included, and segmentation depth.
• Book a 15-minute pre-purchase call. For larger or custom orders, a short call with the authoring analyst often saves time and avoids any mismatch between what you need and what the report covers.

When Reports Have Data Issues

If you receive a report with missing sections, broken data tables, charts that did not render, or pages that are blank or corrupted, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a corrected version at no charge and prioritize it within 24 hours of your report.

If a specific segmentation, geography, or data point you expected is absent from the report, tell us. In many cases, our analysts can provide the missing information as complimentary supplementary data. We assess each request individually and respond within 2 business days with a clear answer on what we can provide.

Exceptions and Approved Refunds

Refunds are considered only in the following specific situations:

• Duplicate payment: If the same order was charged twice due to a technical error, we refund the duplicate charge in full within 3 to 5 business days.
• Non-delivery: If a technical failure on our end prevents you from receiving or downloading the report within 72 hours of payment, and we cannot resolve the issue, you qualify for a full refund.
• Discretionary refunds: In rare circumstances not covered above, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of our management. Contact us with full details and we will review your case fairly.

Any approved refund is credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of our approval confirmation.

Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties, and customs fees in their jurisdiction. These costs vary by country and are not included in our displayed report prices. We cannot refund taxes, duties, or fees assessed by government authorities, regardless of the outcome of any order dispute.
