1. Report Delivery

Reports purchased online are delivered digitally within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. You receive a secure, time-limited download link by email. If you ordered a printed hard copy, it ships by international courier within 4 to 5 business days of payment clearance.

Custom research projects, report customizations, and consulting engagements follow the delivery timeline agreed in your specific project brief or engagement letter. Any request for additional customization beyond the original scope may extend the agreed timeline and may be subject to additional fees, which we will communicate clearly before proceeding.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any report is dispatched or download access is granted. We accept major credit and debit cards, wire transfers, and purchase orders for verified institutional accounts. Multi-year subscriptions may be invoiced annually.

You are responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, import fees, or other levies applicable in your jurisdiction. These amounts are not included in our displayed prices and will not be refunded by us if assessed by a government authority.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Our reports are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report content as described below.

• Single-User License: One named individual may read, save, and print the report for personal business use.
• Multi-User License: Use is permitted across a defined team, up to the number of users specified in your order confirmation.
• Enterprise License: Unlimited internal use within a single legal entity at one primary business location.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once a report has been dispatched or a download link has been activated. This is because our reports contain proprietary research that cannot be "returned" in any practical sense. If you have doubts about whether a specific report covers your requirements, we encourage you to request a free sample or schedule a call with the authoring analyst before purchasing.

For custom research engagements, cancellation terms are specified in your individual project agreement. Typically, work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on excellenceresearch.com, including report text, charts, data, logos, graphics, and website code, is the intellectual property of Excellence Research or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.
